Installation: Remove your negative battery cable, install the disconnect on the negative battery terminal with the bolt provided and then re-attach the vehicle's cable to the threaded terminal of the disconnect. To break the connection from the vehicle to the battery just unscrew the knob until it loosens up. It would be a good idea to open a door-etc to confirm that the battery is unhooked from the vehicle (no lights come on-etc.) Wear safety glasses during the install.

This auction is for a Brand New never used Wieland Custom Machine Billet Battery hold down for a group 34/78 size Optima battery with blue red or yellow tops (Battery is NOT included in this auction). NHRA LEGAL!!! All of the pieces of this tray have been CNC machined from 1/2" and 3/8 thick 6061 T6 aircraft quality billet aluminum. The top measures 7.42 inches x 11.15 inches, you will need 1/2 inch clearance around the battery for the tray to fit. All of the mounting hardware and the hardware to bolt this box together, are included, and are stainless steel. The top and the bottom are both recessed to hold the battery better, and each side has two 1/4" bolts on the top and on the bottom to make sure the battery stays were you put it. This battery box has a brushed finish. As you can see the top has a neat spider web design, and the bottom has the WCM logo of Wieland Custom Machine. Muliple purchases from the same buyer will recieve a 10% discount and combined shipping.

This is a Brand New never used Wieland Custom Machine Billet Battery hold down for a group 75/35 size Optima battery blue, yellow, or red top. (Battery is NOT included). Also fits 75/25 and 35 series. The top measures 10.5 inches x 7.125 inches, you will need 1/2 inch clearance around the battery for the tray to fit. NHRA Legal!!!!! All of the pieces of this tray have been CNC machined out of 1/2" and 3/8" thick 6061 T6 aircraft quality billet aluminum. All of the mounting hardware and the hardware to bolt this box together, are included, and are stainless steel.
